The Company

This Project Management role is with one of the UK’s leading property developers, specialising in major new build retail centres.

The Role

We are looking for a Retail Project Manager to manage and oversee tenants fit out and general refit works. You will be acting directly for the client and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects taking place are within scope and meet the required health & safety and compliance standards. You will liaise with main contractors and the tenant’s ensuring projects are well managed and meet any agreed timescales.

The role may suit someone from a client side, consultancy or main contracting background. Experience of retail projects is desirable but not essential although you must have worked on fit out/refit projects and have a sound knowledge of M&E.
