To support this, we are looking for a Retail Recruitment Business Partner to join their passionate in-house resourcing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in hiring exceptional talent across a nationwide store network.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the recruitment for store leadership roles across the UK.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a first-class candidate experience.
• Use data and insight to streamline hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and generate cost savings.
• Lead on recruitment marketing, direct sourcing, and selecting the best resourcing channels.
• Travel to stores and HQ two to three times a week and the remainder home based.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in an in-house talent acquisition or resourcing role, ideally in retail or high-volume hiring.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to attracting top talent in competitive markets.
• A flair for creative recruitment campaigns and employer branding.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
