Ebebek are a Mum and Baby retailer offering exceptional products across an extensive range of categories, making them a one stop shop for all your baby shopping needs. As they expand their presence in the UK, they are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Sales Associates to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and providing tailored advice and support on baby products.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked, creating an inviting shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Person Specification

• We are looking for Retail Sales Associates who show qualities such as empathy, kindness, honesty, and respect as you’ll be serving expectant and new parents.
• Resilience will play a key factor in your role as a Retail Sales Associate to ensure you meet expected targets and to grow and develop within your career
• An Operational Mindset and can do attitude
