Reed Business Support are working with a prestigious company in Cambridge who are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join their dynamic retail team. This role involves working closely with the Showroom Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the showroom. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets and maintain a professional store environment.

• Maintain a presentable and professional appearance and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organised.
• Manage product displays and pricing accurately on the shop floor.
• Handle stock deliveries, store them appropriately and report any discrepancies.
• Act as a relief key holder in the absence of management.
• Stay updated with promotions, set up displays and contribute to team efforts by achieving set results.
• Meet or exceed in-store KPIs/Targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling.
• Provide flexible coverage for staff absences to maintain operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions and morning briefings to enhance product knowledge.
• Utilise the in-house design system for bathroom planning and design.
• Offer world-class customer service, handle customer complaints, and answer queries both in-store and over the phone.
• Process transactions, including cash and card payments, ensuring financial matters remain confidential.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Successful track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of store presentation and merchandise handling.
