Job Description - Retail Sales Executive

Retail Sales Executive | Warminster (Hybrid) | £35,000

Are you a commercially savvy, relationship-focused sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a brand-led environment where you can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution?

As a Retail Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing the sales strategy across two premium lifestyle brands. This is a varied and dynamic role where you’ll manage key accounts, support external agents, collaborate with marketing, and drive sales performance through data-led decisions.

Our client is a well-established, design-led manufacturer with a reputation for quality and craftsmanship. With a growing national presence and strong brand identity, they’re now looking for a driven sales professional to help take their retail division to the next level.

As a Retail Sales Executive, you’ll benefit from:

  • £35,000 basic salary with performance-based bonus

As a Retail Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering the sales strategy across both brands
  • Managing key retail accounts and wholesale platforms, ensuring strong relationships and growth
  • Supporting a network of UK agents with marketing assets, training and communication
  • Forecasting and analysing performance using KPIs and sales data
  • Leading the coordination of stock requirements, pricing, trade shows, and retail events

As a Retail Sales Executive, your skills and experience will include:

  • Proven experience in retail sales and account management
  • Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset
  • Experience in client relationship management and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on, collaborative approach
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating and building long-term partnerships
