What You'll Be Doing:

As a Retail Sales Executive, your primary role will be to:

• Engage and Connect: Provide exceptional customer service, making each client feel valued. You'll be the go-to person for homeowners, interior designers, builders, and architects.
• Advise and Solve: Handle inquiries with your expert knowledge, offering tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Optimise and Enhance: Manage customer orders efficiently to boost satisfaction and drive sales.
• Lead and Expand: Generate new business by proactively engaging potential customers and effectively following up on leads.
• Promote and Influence: Utilize social media platforms to broaden our reach and engage more customers, showcasing our latest offers and designs.
• Process and Precision: Work with our computer-based invoicing systems to ensure all transactions are accurate and handled efficiently.

Who You Are:

• You have strong commercial insight and financial awareness.
• Your organisational skills are top-notch, and you have a keen eye for detail.
• You're proficient in using social media as a tool for business promotion and customer engagement.
• Experience with computer-based invoicing systems is a plus.
• A full UK Driving License is preferred but not essential.
• You're capable of working both independently and as part of our vibrant team.
