Retail Sales Manager

Our client is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and distributers of E-Liquids, supplying to countries all over the world. They are recruiting for a Retail Sales Manager to join their growing team.
Working : Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary : around £40,000 DOE plus company car
You will oversee the running of 13 stores across Lincolnshire. You will be accountable for the end to end in-store Customer buying experience. You will work with the Retail Management Team to ensure the full operations works seamlessly.
You will be dynamic and motivated with a strong drive and passion for sales. You will be constantly working to achieve and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate:
Will need to have a demonstrable history of leading, coaching, and motivating a successful sales team.
Retail branch management experience is essential
You will be a capable people leader with a proven track record of motivating and developing successful teams, demonstrating the ability to drive sales and nurture talent through people development and progressive planning.
Excellent organisational and time management skills are vital.
