Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a new Retail Supervisor for our Country store & online shop. We are looking for someone who has what it takes to deliver the very best in quality and service to our growing customer base and retail offering.

In our busy fast paced business, you must be able achieve sales target’s and profit margins whilst maintaining the highest standards in presentation, stock management and customer service. You will join an experienced team that strives to ensure the best all round experience for our members and visitors alike.

You will need to display good attention to detail and understanding of the shooting/country clothing industry is advantageous. The ability to harness our administration processes and be motivated by our plans for future growth. This position offers scope for future development and progression.

Key areas of responsibility:
A passionate & proud Retail supervisor to deliver & stunning looking shop & exceptional service.
Managing sales targets to increase sales and improve margin where possible.
Manage and develop our ecommerce site.
Efficient management of stock, pricing and ordering of stock.
Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
Ensuring standards for quality and customer service.
Analyzing and interpreting sales trends.
Responding to customer needs.
Support the marketing department with the brand promoting E.J.Churchill.
Organising special promotions, displays and events both on and off site.
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
Understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring local competitors.
Initiating changes to improve the business.
Working closely and maintaining good supplier relationships.

Tuesday to Saturday
