J&S Accessories Ltd is Scotland's #1 retailer of motorcycle clothing and accessories. We are recruiting an experienced Store Manager for our busy store in Edinburgh where you will oversee the store, dealing with all aspects of the day to day functions of the store. You will be a hands-on Manager who leads from the front and accepts only the highest standards.

Our Edinburgh store is experiencing significant growth and we want to hear from people who are passionate about inspiring and leading a retail team in delivering customer service at a level they will not experience elsewhere.

A competitive salary package is on offer which includes a strong basic plus guaranteed commission (you will receive a percentage of the stores net sales on a monthly basis) and an end of year store performance achievement bonus, 29 days holiday per year and a company pension scheme.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
Assigns duties to relevant employees
Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Track and manage inventory at store

Qualifications
2 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience
Strong customer service, management and communication skills
