Retail Team Leader - Central London

Role Title  –  Retail Team Leader/Supervisor - 35 hours per week - £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern - Monday 7, Tuesday 7, Wednesday 7, Thursday 7, Friday 7

You will be required to work a Saturday every other week

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2025

This will be on a 35 hour contract per week, Monday to Friday.  Pay rate is £14.00 per hour.

Location: You will cover the zone of Central London

Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role

• You will need to be host and customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands

• Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards in order to optimise sales

• Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, providing zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise when required.

• Follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment

• Your appointments will be planned for you using our industry-leading scheduling system which you will access on your mobile phone
