RETAIL TRAINER

North America Region, New York

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs, organises, and delivers training programmes using various instructional methods such as role-playing, simulations, and group discussions. Creates training materials, manuals, and guides.
• Identifies training needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with stakeholders. Assesses training materials, monitors compliance, and evaluates programme effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Selects and assigns instructors, provides performance evaluations, and supports professional development to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Keeps up to date with trends in training, development, and the fashion industry. Implements programmes focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and environmental impact.
• Maintains training records, oversees budgets, and ensures accurate reporting of expenses.

Requirements:

• BA in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of training experience required with International or US specific.
• Hospitality experience a bonus.
• Must be comfortable with travel throughout the US and Canada

Offering:

• Annual salary: Up to $140K per year, depending on experience.
• Managerial Bonus: MBO
