Retentions Advisor

Salary: £24,735 plus commission with OTE up to £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone campaigns.
• Achieve performance targets in calls, contacts, sales, and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, including GDPR and Consumer Duty.
• Share successful sales techniques with colleagues.
• Complete all required training and CPD hours.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English Language.
• At least one year of telephone-based sales or customer service experience in a target-driven, regulated environment.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic telephone manner.
• Ability to sell through a consultative approach.
• Strong adherence to regulatory requirements.
