Returns Operative

Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and enjoy working with gadgets? We're looking for a Returns Operative to join our dynamic team in Barton under Needwood, where you'll play a key role in giving returned electrical products a second life!

What You'll Be Doing:

Testing returned items such as TVs, laptops, and mobile phones to assess functionality.
Diagnosing and repairing minor faults to restore products to a sellable condition.
Cleaning, repackaging, and labelling items ready for resale or recycling.
Logging faults and repairs accurately in our system.
Working closely with the returns and quality control teams to ensure high standards.

What We're Looking For:

Basic knowledge of electrical products and how they work.
Experience with repairs or refurbishments (desirable but not essential - training provided).
Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 07:10 - 15:10

Pay:
