Revenue Accountant

Location: Windsor, UK

We are seeking a skilled Revenue or Senior Accountant to join our clients International Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with US GAAP (ASC 606) standards.
Maintain comprehensive working papers supporting revenue calculations across the International region.
Review and analyse complex revenue contracts, applying the correct recognition models.
Work closely with local controllers and implementation teams to update work-in-progress schedules.
Support month-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with the Customer Operations and General Accounting teams to analyze variances, forecast revenue, and identify key trends.
Prepare detailed analytics and segmental reporting for financial statements.
Assist in external audits (statutory and tax where necessary) by gathering and presenting required documentation.
Continuously review and improve financial systems and procedures, making recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Respond to ad hoc management requests and provide insights for decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

? Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in a multinational environment.
? Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition for software contracts.
? Experience working with multi-currency systems in a global setting.
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
? Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
