Description

• Prepare and manage monthly revenue processes in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Reconcile revenue accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to gather and analyse financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with a focus on revenue-related tasks.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary revenue documentation and explanations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and external regulations.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management

Profile

A successful Revenue Accountant should have:

• A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in revenue recognition and financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and principles.
• Proficiency in using financial software and ERP systems.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial tasks.
• Experience in the life science industry or similar sectors is a plus.
