Revenue Coordinator - Global Law Firm

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated Revenue Coordinator to join the Finance Department of one of our leading, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Reporting to the Revenue Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing billing and collection functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer lawyer billing and collection activities.
• Monitor unbilled fees and outstanding accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process high-quality invoices.
• Handle client billing requests and follow up on payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Collaborate with senior team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous billing experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Word and intermediate Excel skills.
• Outstanding customer service demeanour.
