The Role

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of client projects, accurate revenue forecasting, and insightful reporting. You’ll work closely with project managers, finance, and sales teams to keep our operations running like clockwork.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in finance, data, or business operations who’s eager to gain exposure to the inner workings of a cybersecurity business.

What You’ll Do

• Track and forecast project revenue, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage invoicing, timesheets, and client delivery
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce
• Analyse data across systems to identify trends and improve processes
• Support resource planning and client engagement tracking
• Contribute to proposals for high-impact services like Incident Response and Pen Testing

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in finance, reporting, or business operations
• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Experience with cloud-based systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A genuine interest in cybersecurity and how businesses defend against digital threats

Bonus Points

• Experience in consultancy, tech, or professional services
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
• Process improvement or automation experience
