Revit MEP Coordinator

Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading construction company, on a permanent staff basis. The selected candidate will be required to work on site, with the occasional visit to our client’s office in London whilst working on commercial, retail, data centre and residential projects.

-Competitive salary ranging between £40,000-£55,000 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement, site travel covered, company pension scheme, and generous annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and BIM software.

-Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator in building services.

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.

-Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination.

-Familiar with RIBA Stages 2-5 and ISO 19650 standards.

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
