Revit MEP Coordinator

Join a leading engineering Contractor where your expertise and skills, as a Revit MEP Coordinator, will shape the future of the Built Environment. Within a permanent role, the successful candidate will be working from our client's London office whilst contributing on various Commercial and Data Centre projects.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of multidisciplinary projects using relevant software tools, such as Revit and AutoCAD.

-Collaborate with project professionals to ensure project delivery follows client requirements and general outlined specifications.

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and other project professionals, to identify and resolve design issues.

-Attend site visits and inspections, whilst taking part in review meetings allowing for design feedback and improvements to be implemented.

Requirements:

-Extensive experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, or similar role, with experience of working on multidisciplinary MEP projects.

-Strong proficiency in software tools, such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, with an understanding of BIM principles and clash detection tools.

-Sound understanding of MEP systems and site workflows, with the ability to interpret detailed drawings and specifications.

-Effective communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
