A growing and innovative building services consultancy is looking for a Revit Technician to join its vibrant Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically capable individual to contribute to a variety of cutting-edge projects in sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education.

The Role:

• Develop and manage detailed Revit models for MEP building services
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and public health engineers to ensure seamless design integration
• Support the delivery of BIM Level 2 projects, following industry standards and internal protocols
• Produce accurate technical drawings, layouts, and schematics
• Work closely with design engineers and project managers to ensure outputs meet programme and quality expectations
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection exercises as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience using Revit MEP in a professional environment
• Understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, public health) within the UK construction industry
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM processes (Navisworks, COBie, etc. is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• 1-3 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Building Services, Engineering, or a relevant field
