The business has grown through multiple acquisitions and is looking to consolidate customer and contract data into HubSpot, improve connectivity with its finance systems and automate revenue management processes. HubSpot is already live, but there is further work required to complete the implementation, improve data accuracy and ensure systems work effectively together. This is a hands-on contract requiring someone who can take ownership of technical delivery, rather than simply advising on Revenue Operations strategy. Key Deliverables Review the existing HubSpot environment and recommend an implementation plan. Consolidate and migrate customer, contract and historical data from legacy CRM systems into HubSpot. Configure HubSpot, including custom objects, workflows, pipelines, automation and reporting. Implement and optimise the integration between HubSpot and Xero , ensuring customer, invoice and payment data reconciles accurately. Support the implementation of HubSpot Revenue Hub (formerly Commerce Hub) , including invoicing, subscriptions and contract management. Work with Finance and Sales teams to improve data quality, reporting and operational efficiency. Support future integrations with Service Hub, DataRails and other business systems. Document configurations, integrations and processes to enable a smooth handover. Skills & Experience Required Strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring and integrating HubSpot CRM. Experience delivering CRM migrations, data cleansing, mapping and consolidation. Proven experience integrating CRM platforms with accounting or finance systems, ideally Xero. Strong understanding of Revenue Operations processes, particularly contracts, billing and recurring revenue. Experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, workflows, custom objects and automation. Familiarity with APIs or integration platforms such as Zapier, Make or Workato. Ability to independently manage technical implementation activities and deliver against agreed milestones. Desirable Experience HubSpot Revenue Hub / Commerce Hub implementation. Experience with subscription billing, invoicing and SaaS revenue processes. Previous experience consolidating systems following business acquisitions. HubSpot Service Hub or financial planning system integrations.
