Reward Advisory Tax Manager - UK Wide

A Top 10 Accounting Practice is currently recruiting for a Rewards Advisory Tax Manager which can be located out of their offices in London, Reading, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The Rewards Advisory Services (RAS) team support and advise a wide range of AIM and FTSE listed businesses regarding the design and implementation of employee incentive arrangements, working in collaboration with the wider Employer Solutions offering (inclusive of Employment Tax and Global Mobility).

In this Tax Manager job, you will be responsible for:

• Manage your own client portfolio, being the main point of contact
• Active involvement in business development with new and existing clients, proposals and onboarding
• Deliver high quality advise on a range of equity reward projects, including:
  • Tax advantaged share plans, growth shares, cash plans, buy-side and sell-side transaction support, and ad hoc ERS matters
• Support in the implementation of share plan schemes
• Providing high level, often complex technical advice
• Mentor and train junior colleagues, supporting with complex queries and difficult technical work

Your experience:

• CTA, ATT or ACA qualified, or a qualified lawyer
• Technical expertise designing and implementing employee incentive plans (desired, non-essential)
• Document implementation including drafting and review (desired)
• Strong analytical and modelling skills
