Reward Analyst - London
We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic Reward team, supporting benefits and reward initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and motivation. This role involves working closely with senior colleagues to manage reward programmes, HR projects, and daily operations related to benefits, pensions, and compensation.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct financial analysis, modelling, and process management related to total compensation, including salary reviews, benefits, and bonus schemes.
Support the effective implementation of Reward change management initiatives.
Assist in delivering the annual pay review.
Contribute to market surveys and regulatory reporting, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
Support budget tracking activities for the Reward function.
Provide analytical insights to the wider HR team.
Administer employee benefits and pension processes.
Assist with the annual benefits review and analysis of employee data.
Strong analytical, numerical, and modelling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work with large datasets and provide meaningful insights.
Previous experience or knowledge in HR and Reward is desirable.
Understanding of core Reward terminology and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
