Role overview Our client is a medium sized, London city based Financial Services company looking to hire a permanent Reward Analyst with a strong MI background.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, the purpose of the role is to take ownership of HR Analytics, HRIS data management and support with Reward process. The role would suit someone with least 2 years’ experience in HR MI and HR analytics who has had exposure to Reward practices and process (industry agnostic). The Reward piece is crucial and without this candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities HR Data Reporting, HRIS & Analytics Production of monthly HR reports to various business areas Working with the business and the HR team on any ad-hoc HR data requirements or analysis. Production of the Gender Pay Gap Reports Ownership for regular data governance by ensuring sources of HR data such as the HRIS system holds accurate data, maintaining HR data integrity on all sources of HR data, flagging errors and identifying gaps and working on improvements; subject matter expert for the HRIS Working closely with the Head of Reward on projects in the reward and data area ensuring accuracy of data and alignment of HR data across teams Drive improvements in data quality Own D&I data monitoring and development of key diversity metrics
Reward Preparation of annual benchmarking (WTW) submission file together with HR Business Partners and the Head of Reward Analysing benchmarking data as necessary Ensuring accuracy and validity of reward data such as LTIPs, guarantees etc. Work closely with the Head of Reward on the end-to-end compensation review process which will include working with Finance on salary budgets and bonus accruals and the preparation and management of the pay review spreadsheet, tracking changes, version control and producing departments cuts as needed Supporting payroll in processing the salary/ bonus payments and letters Supporting all reward processes such as benefits renewals and reward related projects as they arise. Supporting with the preparation of governance papers for RemCo and Board as required
Qualifications/ Experience Advanced Excel skills necessary for HR reporting and analytics i.e. formulas, pivots, lookups, dashboards etc. (These skills will be formally tested during the interview process) Ability to present and communicate data insights effectively through presentation and effective verbal communication skills Experience of working with an HRIS and operate as a super-user HR experience combined with excellent data skills or experience of working in a data and analytics role within HR. Demonstrable reward data/ process experience.
