ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Reward And Recognition Partner to join a fast paced team
The Role:
Support the production of annual reporting associated with reward such as Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay reporting Work closely with external reward partners to ensure services/products provided are the best they could be for colleagues Complete job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes, providing feedback and working with leaders on the outcomes Manage external salary survey submissions and work with providers on their requirements Oversee reward queries and challenges, working with the wider People team as required to explain methodology, processes and outcomes Develop and implement reward initiatives, working closely with suppliers and key stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Reward or HR related role CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience Experience of successfully managing multiple projects at once Knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, benefits management or recognition preferred Demonstrable experience in building effective and collaborative relationships, inspiring confidence, and respect with stakeholders Knowledge and experience of HR systems or benefit management systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate confidently and effectively to a range of stakeholders Disclaimer:
