Our client is a well-established retail leader undergoing a period of exciting transformation. They’re looking for a Reward Manager to design and deliver a brand-new Reward strategy that will directly impact how they attract, motivate and retain top talent across the business.

This is a high-impact, standalone role ideal for someone with end-to-end Reward experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing at all levels.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a new Reward strategy

• Deliver key Reward projects aligned to business objectives

• Provide expert insight across the full Reward spectrum, from benchmarking and pay structures to benefits and bonus schemes

• Use advanced data analysis to inform decision-making and drive strategic outcomes

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure Reward initiatives are understood, embraced and effective

About you:

• Proven Reward experience, ideally within a Retail or consumer-facing business

• Advanced analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

• Up-to-date knowledge of the Reward landscape and market trends

• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Able to work at pace, with confidence and autonomy
