Reward Manager (interim/ temp to perm)

Our client is a well-known forward-thinking organisation with various entities across the globe.
Your new role
With transformation across the business, this Head of Global Reward is looking to add a number 2 who'll be responsible for the full cycle, including benchmarking, annual reward cycle and reward governance. You'll be responsible for being able to translate data for key stakeholders and be able to back your findings with a confident approach.
With the support of the Global Lead, you'll also be responsible for working closely with the People Team in delivering benefits strategies, managing relationships with vendors and supporting the global mobility policy.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a strong understanding of all things rewards and have extensive knowledge of the annual reward cycle, WTW (or equivalent) and some foundational benefits' coverage. You'll be data-led in your findings and have strong communication skills with a breath of knowledge across the full reward process.
