RFP Executive/RFP Manager

Opportunity at a global investment firm in the RFP team supporting the financial goals of millions of clients worldwide. The proposal team is central to winning new business. The team develops detailed, tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant questionnaires.

RFP Manager/RFP Executive

You will be responsible for creating high-quality proposals for institutional clients across key regions. Working closely with internal experts across sales, investments, compliance, and product, you'll ensure all submissions are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFP proposals, from planning to submission

• Gather and refine content with input from key stakeholders

• Maintain and improve a centralised content repository

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance in all materials

• Oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Keep up-to-date on our investment products and services

• Contribute to process improvements across the team

Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years in proposal writing or RFP management in asset management

• Understanding of investment products and fund structures

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
