What you'll do:

As a Client Proposals and Regulatory Fund Reporting Specialist based in London, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of asset management by taking responsibility for the end-to-end process of client due diligence questionnaires and regulatory fund reporting. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with colleagues from various departments ranging from sales strategy to compliance to gather information, craft persuasive responses, refine documentation, and ensure all deliverables meet both internal standards and external deadlines. You will play an integral part in supporting business development efforts by tailoring proposals that resonate with clients' specific needs while also upholding rigorous regulatory requirements through precise fund reporting. Success in this role will require you to balance meticulous attention to detail with effective project management skills as you juggle multiple priorities within a supportive team environment. • Contribute to the writing, coordination, and review of compelling responses to client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and ad hoc due diligence requests spanning the full European product suite.
• Collaborate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure all proposal materials are accurate, complete, and tailored to maximise business opportunities.
• Engage with written sources to draft clear and concise responses that reflect both operational excellence and client needs.
• Establish priorities and deadlines for both internal collaborators and external clients, ensuring timely delivery of all documentation.
• Refine proposal materials in partnership with the Sales team to meet unique client requirements while maintaining consistency with internal messaging standards.
• Adhere strictly to established approval processes for all DDQ submissions and ensure compliance with disclosure standards.
• Assist in producing a wide variety of fund reporting files on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles as required by clients or regulatory obligations.
• Support the preparation of Solvency II Tripartite Template (TPT) reports for UCITS and ETCs on a monthly basis, contributing to their dissemination across relevant channels.
• Help produce European MiFID Template (EMT), European PRIIPS Template (EPT), and European ESG Template (EET) reports in support of new product launches and ongoing compliance.
• Apply updates to regulatory fund reporting files in close collaboration with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
