RFP/Proposal Manager

I am partnering with my client, a highly regarded Investment and Wealth Managemer who are looking to hire an experienced RFP Writer. Deeply integrated in the sales process, you would take full ownership and have good access to the distribution team you would be a valued part of. The team are growing, and this is an exciting time to join, and be part of helping to re-shape the evolving function.

Responsibilities

• To produce high-quality, client-centric RFPs/RFIs/DDQs to ensure timely delivery and support to business development.
• Own process from start to finish, confidently managing multiple requests sometimes within tight timescales
• Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders in sales and consultant relations to understand client requirements
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of firm investment strategies
• Create compelling, bespoke responses
• Ensure materials meet with internal procedures and compliance rules
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal stakeholders
• Assist in team projects to drive forward change and implement best practice, and add value to the sales process

Required Experience

• 2 years minimum RFP experience within Investment Management
• Broad understanding of investment processes and terminology and a genuine interest in investments
• Excellent written English skills - editing, summarising, proof-reading, sense-checking
• Attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively and work well in a deadline driven environment
