RGN Shifts

Apricus Resourcing are working with care home provider who are looking for RGN's to cover at various nursing homes across Warrington, Southport, Wigan & Liverpool.

The homes are part of a wider group that's been operating for the past 40 years. They provide residential, nursing, dementia and specialist health care across the North West.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.

* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions to meet residents' physical, emotional and social needs.

* Safely administer, record and monitor medications in line with NMC guidelines and the home's medication policies.

* Undertake clinical observations and monitor residents' conditions, escalating concerns promptly to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

* Complete comprehensive nursing documentation accurately and maintain confidential resident records.

* Manage wound care, pressure area care, catheter care and other clinical procedures as required.

In order to be considered you will need to have a current clear NMC pin along with current relevant care home experience. There are other compliance requirements which can be discussed & our onboarding team can assist with.

The homes have shifts on both days and nights paying between £25-£27 depending on shift type. The hours are either 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am.
