Risk and Compliance Administrator

I am working with a Tier 1-ranked law firm who are seeking a Risk and Compliance Administrator to join the team.

The Risk and Compliance Administrator will be working alongside the Compliance manager and other team analysts to keep abreast of SRA regulatory changes and protect the firm from risk.

Key responsibilities:

• Performing initial compliance screening checks including sanctions and conflicts checks.
• Escalating the results of compliance checks to senior members of the team.
• Maintaining the firm's compliance register and ensuring client information is up to date.
• Answering queries in the compliance inbox.
• Conducting high-risk monitoring checks.
• Assisting the team with arranging meetings.
• Reviewing engagement letter reports.
• Providing administrative support to the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in risk and compliance
• A law degree or a business-related qualification (preferred)
• Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services setting
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take initiative
