We are looking for someone to work closely with the Head of 2nd Line Risk & Compliance in providing assurance and challenge to the Arkle business. You will bring your passion for regulatory compliance and risk management to enhance our risk culture and deliver the risk and compliance oversight plan.

THE PRACTICAL BITS

You will work from our Wellingborough head office with the flexibility to work from home up to three days per week. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

Embedding the Group risk management framework across the business.
Reporting on regulatory compliance and staying up to date with any regulatory changes.
Completing 2nd line oversight activity across risk and compliance.
Supporting regulatory change initiatives, providing technical input on implementation and change.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Risk and Compliance experience in financial services, with a good understanding of the regulatory and anti-money laundering and financial crime environment.
Experience of developing risk and compliance processes and leading change.
Ability to engage, manage and challenge stakeholders across the organisation and wider groups.

IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE

Experience in asset finance or consumer lending.
Experience of completing risk management and compliance oversight activity.
