Location: Lancashire (with flexibility - 1 trip per week or fortnightly)

We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeableRisk & Compliance Managerto join our clients collaborative team. You'll lead compliance strategy, manage regulatory risk, and shape best practice in a business where purpose matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve therisk & compliance framework?
• Oversee and develop business continuity plans
• Lead thebreaches process, compliance policy updates & horizon scanning
• Produce reports for senior leadership and committees
• Manage and develop a small, high-performing team

You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years in a compliance or risk role
• Strongpensions experience (highly desirable)or broader FCA experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Sound understanding of TPR GCoP and related legislation
• A passion fordriving high standards and continuous improvement
