Job Description - Risk and Compliance Officer

We are working with a Global Institution who are looking for a Risk and Compliance Officer to join the team in Dublin.

What you will do:
You will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing oversight for risk and compliance for the business for the Dublin entity along with additional branches

In this role you will:

Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with EU and other regulatory requirements; support policy development, regulatory submissions, and senior management guidance.
identify, assess, and manage compliance, operational, and reputational risks; maintain the risk register and address breaches.
Prepare compliance reports for senior stakeholders and regulators; support audits, participate in committees, and deliver staff training to promote a strong compliance culture.

About you:

Experience in maintaining EU-aligned compliance frameworks; support policy updates, regulatory filings, and senior management advice.
Experience with leading compliance monitoring, manage key risks, maintain the risk register, and oversee breach resolution.
Experienced in delivering reports to stakeholders and regulators; support audits, join committees, and provide staff compliance training.
