Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of risk and compliance specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and compliance programs tailored to the specific needs of our organisation.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure our policies and procedures remain up-to-date and compliant.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate risk-related issues and recommend appropriate actions.
Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation measures and monitor their effectiveness over time.
Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory bodies, detailing the company's risk and compliance status.

Qualifications: .

Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, with at least in a leadership role.
