Risk Consultants

Risk Consultants should have Risk and Compliance experience - either from Consultancy or in house, with some prior consultancy experience.

This role will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success, as well as managing multiple workstreams.

Global technology and financial services consultancy, growing their Risk Management practice in the UK and US.

This firm are hiring 2 x Risk Consultants.

This role will include some travelling - please enquire.

Role is UK based- possible two locations in England across London and Brighton.

Description

The Risk Consultants will join a project that involves a large-scale operational risk management uplift and transformation, impacting both US and international markets.

The UK team works globally, focusing on logistics, project management, and communication.

Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results.

You will own project work streams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success.

This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.

Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organised, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives.

They will be required to lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

Profile

A successful Risk Consultant should have:

Minimum 3+ years of prior experience in banking, insurance, and/or capital markets as a consultant or in the industry.

Bachelor's degree.

Experience of the below - some or all :

Regulatory compliance, Operational or Enterprise Risk. Operational Resilience or Controls Assurance. Risk Data or Financial Crime.

Experienced working with Financial Services entities such as Retail Banking, Credit Cards, Investment Banking, Investment Management or Insurance .

Job Offer

Senior Consultant level - base salary £50,000-£65,000

Bonus 7%
