Your new role
As Risk Governance & Reporting manager, you'll take on a key leadership role in shaping the company's risk management framework and supporting its evolving risk profile. You'll lead the annual Solvency Self-Assessment, develop stress and scenario testing, and contribute to the oversight of capital adequacy and regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact role involving close collaboration with senior stakeholders across global offices, including Bermuda and the US. You'll also support board-level reporting and help drive enhancements in risk appetite, governance, and climate-related disclosure.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong foundation in capital analysis, ideally gained within a life insurance or reinsurance environment. Your actuarial background will give you the technical edge needed to navigate complex regulatory frameworks, while your communication skills will allow you to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo when needed. You'll be someone who enjoys working across jurisdictions, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can translate complex risk concepts into clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with different geographical regulations and a global mindset will be key to your success.
