Rate: £23 per hour
Contract: Temporary – Maternity Cover
Duration: 3–6 months

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a gas maintenance team on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave.

The successful candidate will act as the key link between residents, operatives and the gas team, ensuring residents are kept informed throughout planned and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaising with residents regarding gas servicing, repairs and maintenance works.

* Contacting residents to arrange access and appointments.

* Keeping residents informed of planned works and any changes to schedules.

* Dealing with resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally.

* Supporting gas engineers and the wider repairs team with access issues.

* Maintaining accurate records of resident contact and appointments.

* Following up outstanding access and resident issues.

* Escalating complex issues to the relevant team when required.

* Providing a high level of customer service throughout the works.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison Officer

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Confident dealing with residents and resolving queries.

* Strong administration and organisational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
