An established mental health and rehabilitation service in South East London is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join their compassionate team. The service provides a broad spectrum of care pathways including inpatient support for mental health conditions, addiction recovery, private assessments for both adults and young people, and therapeutic outpatient services.

The multidisciplinary team delivers evidence-based, personalised treatment programmes in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The organisation is known for its diverse clinical approaches and for keeping pace with the latest research and best practices through ongoing training and academic partnerships.

What you’ll de doing as an RMN: You’ll play a key role in helping people move toward recovery, working closely with other professionals to create tailored care plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering care to a defined group of patients within a structured framework
• Planning and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with patients and families
• Monitoring wellbeing and progress through compassionate engagement
• Reviewing and updating care plans to reflect changes in patient needs

What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) with:

• Active NMC registration RMN
• 6–12 months’ post-registration experience as an RMN (including completion of preceptorship)
