What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and play a key role in delivering high-quality care within a secure inpatient setting. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments
• create and implement personalised care plans
• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• maintain accurate patient records

This service supports adult males and females presenting with a range of complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. The hospital includes a specialist secure unit and a bespoke therapeutic placement (BTP) facility to support individualised recovery journeys.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid NMC registration and pin
• experience working with adult inpatients in secure or complex care settings
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday working directly with the service on a permanant basis.
