They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Road Freight Coordinator to join their dynamic and growing team in Birmingham City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their understanding of road freight both within the UK and across Northern Ireland and the EU. You'll gain hands-on experience and be supported in developing broader logistics skills, including sea freight, air freight, and customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

" Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and timely manner
" Liaise with clients and overseas offices to ensure smooth operations
" Prepare documentation including quotations, CMRs, invoices, and insurance certificates
" Maintain a customer-centric approach while identifying cost-saving opportunities

What they are looking for:

" Minimum 1 years' experience in freight forwarding
" Exposure to road, sea, or airfreight operations
" End-to-end shipment handling experience, from quotation to delivery and billing
" Strong communication and customer service skills
" A collaborative mindset and passion for logistics

Working Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm, city centre location with excellent benefits and career opportunities!
