Road Freight - Key Account

Job Title: Road Freight Forwarder
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 + hybrid working

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the completion of Road Freight Import and Export Operations process from start to finish.
• Quoting and Pricing shipments, maximising profit on jobs
• Liaising with shippers, hauliers, and carriers
• Managing key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery.
• Arranging timely and accurate documentation for shipments.
• Ensuring customs documentation are complete as required.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with a leading freight forwarder.
• Comprehensive understanding of the transport process from start to finish.
