What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling start-to-finish road freight shipments - import & export
• Coordinating with hauliers, customs brokers, and international partners
• Preparing and checking all relevant documentation and customs paperwork
• Monitoring shipments and keeping clients up to date throughout the process
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in road freight forwarding, handling both imports and exports
• Strong operational knowledge and ability to multi-task under pressure
• Proactive, organised, and confident in managing multiple shipments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
