Road Marking Operative Apprentice

Wilson & Scott is offering an exciting opportunity to train as a fully qualified Road Marking Operative through a 2-year, paid Specialist applied train via a specialist applied-skills programme — learning on the job while earning a recognised NVQ Level 2 qualification.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist experienced crews on live road marking works across the UK.
• Learn to prepare vehicles and equipment for applying road markings safely.
• Work outdoors in varied locations — no two days are the same.
• Learn through on-site training and 4 weeks of classroom training at the RSMA (Gainsborough, Lincolnshire) for your NVQ.

What You’ll Get:

Working Hours:

• Under 18? You’ll work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
