Roadside Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a roadside assistance professional. This position is essential in providing immediate support to customers in need of vehicle assistance, ensuring a safe and efficient response to roadside emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, providing support to customers in distress.
• Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical issues on-site, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of clients.
• Assist with vehicle towing and recovery as necessary, ensuring proper handling of all vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and the status of each call.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained in good working condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a mechanical or automotive role, preferably in roadside assistance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.

Nice to have

• Certification in automotive repair or related field.
• Experience with vehicle recovery techniques and equipment.
• First aid certification.
