Location: Projects are Nationwide / Mainly London
Salary: Day rate of £350 + expenses

North20 Recruitment are working with a well-established Design & Build Office Fit-Out contractor delivering high-quality workplace environments across the UK.

With projects ranging from £500k to £15m, our client has built an excellent reputation for quality, client satisfaction and delivery excellence. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple office fit-out projects.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will typically manage anything from 1 to 3 schemes depending on value/complexity - There are currently two concurrent projects valued between £2m and £4m. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standard.

You will lead site-based delivery teams, including Site Managers, while acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate multiple office fit-out projects from inception through to completion

* Oversee Site Managers and subcontractor performance

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards

* Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

* Work closely with the commercial, design and delivery teams

* Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to maintain programme targets

* Drive a positive Health & Safety culture across all projects

* CSCS Black or White Card

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* Fire Marshal

* Asbestos Awareness
