Robot Operator - Wolverhampton

We are currently recruiting for Robot Operators to join a busy, high-volume manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton.

Pay Rate:

Up to £14.25 per hour, depending on experience.Successful candidates must complete 3 weeks of training on the permanent afternoon shift before moving onto their regular working pattern.

Working Hours

Training:

Permanent Afternoon ShiftAfter Training:

Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, with Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Operate robotic manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Monitor machine performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
Load materials and carry out basic machine adjustments where required.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Report faults or production issues promptly.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience operating robots, automated machinery, or manufacturing equipment is preferred.
Experience working within a high-volume production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Willingness to complete the 3-week afternoon training period before moving onto the rotating shift pattern.
