Robot Welder

Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Robot Welder to join one of our manufacturing clients in CV37.

In this role, you will operate robotic welding equipment to fabricate high-quality metal components, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

* Operate robotic welders with precision, ensuring consistent quality across all fabricated parts.

* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment to minimize downtime.

* Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, and minor repairs of welded components.

* Conduct inspections of finished welds for adherence to quality standards and specifications.

* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions accurately.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

* Collaborate with the fabrication team to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.

* Document production activities, including welding parameters and inspection results.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1pm
