Location: Kingswinford

Salary: £13–£15 per hour

Shift: 2pm–10pm Monday to Friday

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Roll Forming Setter Operator to join a busy manufacturing company based in Kingswinford.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous roll forming, machine setting or manufacturing experience looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

The Role

As a Roll Forming Setter Operator, your duties will include:

Setting and operating roll forming machinery

Producing components to required specifications

Setting machinery and changing tooling when required

Loading raw materials into machinery

Monitoring the production process

Carrying out quality checks and measurements

Making adjustments to machinery to maintain product quality

Working from technical drawings and specifications

Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Following company health & safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Roll Forming Setter Operator will ideally have:

Previous experience setting and operating roll forming machinery

Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment

Good understanding of machinery setting and production processes

Ability to read technical drawings

Good attention to detail

Ability to carry out quality checks

A proactive approach to problem solving

Good communication and teamwork skills

Previous roll forming experience is preferred, although candidates with strong machine setting experience within manufacturing may also be considered.
